This basement remodeling project transformed an unfinished space featuring the original I-beams into a warm, functional extension of the home. Previously one concrete room, the basement renovation now features a thoughtfully incorporated separate entrance, a bunk room with trundle beds for (up to 9!) additional guests*, a dedicated office for work or study, an expansive media room with a kitchenette, and a clever bathroom zone that maximizes function and comfort. In support of gatherings of any size, this luxurious lower level also features a dedicated game area with a pool table and ample space for relaxing.

*To accommodate visitors and overnight guests, Silver Maple constructed three built-in bunk beds, each integrated directly into the wall with recessed shelving for storage, lighting, and personal items. These architectural built-ins maximize space while adding warmth.
